This page lists terms, conditions, policies, and descriptions that apply to NEOED Services.
The agreements and addenda published on this page are incorporated by reference into the applicable Order Form and form part of the binding agreement between the Customer and NEOGOV. The applicable agreement version is the version published on this page as of the effective date of the applicable Order Form. In addition, certain products, services, or features may be subject to the supplemental product-specific addenda identified below, which apply automatically upon the Customer’s purchase, access, use, or enablement of the applicable products, services, or features.
All Services purchased directly from NEOED are governed by the terms and conditions of the NEOED Services Agreement most recently published prior to execution of an Order Form (unless you are a Federal customer in which case the NEOED Federal Services Agreement shall apply).

The following addenda are incorporated into and form part of the applicable NEOED Services Agreement and the Services Agreement for Customers of Resellers (collectively, the “Agreement”). Each addendum applies automatically to the specific products, services, or features identified therein when purchased, accessed, used, or subscribed to by Customer under an Order Form. By executing an Order Form for, accessing, or using the applicable products or services, Customer agrees to be bound by the applicable addenda, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference into the Agreement as though fully set forth therein.

Applies where Customer has ordered SaaS Applications or Professional Services related to: NEOGOV Core HR, NEOGOV Payroll, and NEOGOV Time and Attendance. |

Applies where NEOGOV Processes Personal Data (as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation) on behalf of Customer. Customers may download and complete this Schedule following the instructions in the preamble of the DPA. Upon receipt of the validly completed DPA by Governmentjobs.com, Inc. at this email address, this DPA will become legally binding. |
