This page lists terms, conditions, policies, and descriptions that apply to NEOED Services.
The agreements and addenda published on this page are incorporated by reference into the applicable Order Form and form part of the binding agreement between the Customer and NEOGOV. The applicable agreement version is the version published on this page as of the effective date of the applicable Order Form. In addition, certain products, services, or features may be subject to the supplemental product-specific addenda identified below, which apply automatically upon the Customer’s purchase, access, use, or enablement of the applicable products, services, or features.
NEOED Service Agreements
All Services purchased directly from NEOED are governed by the terms and conditions of the NEOED Services Agreement most recently published prior to execution of an Order Form (unless you are a Federal customer in which case the NEOED Federal Services Agreement shall apply).

Product Addenda
The following addenda are incorporated into and form part of the applicable NEOED Services Agreement and the Services Agreement for Customers of Resellers (collectively, the “Agreement”). Each addendum applies automatically to the specific products, services, or features identified therein when purchased, accessed, used, or subscribed to by Customer under an Order Form. By executing an Order Form for, accessing, or using the applicable products or services, Customer agrees to be bound by the applicable addenda in effect as of date of execution of an Order Form or first use of the applicable service, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference into the Agreement as though fully set forth therein.

Other Addenda
|
This Service Level Agreement applies to GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. (D/B/A NEOED), in connection with the Hosted Services provided to Customer pursuant to the Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Agreement (the “Agreement”) between NEOED and Customer. |

Applies where NEOGOV Processes Personal Data (as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation) on behalf of Customer. |

Applies where Customer has ordered professional services such as training, implementation, and customizations related to the SaaS Applications. |

Applies only to the AI Tools provided to Customer by NEOED as part of the Services. |
