Hi, my name is Jennifer Lewis and I work for Trenum State Community College where I'm the human resource specialist. We use Insight, Onboard, and Perform. Onboarding is my favorite product because it helps me streamline a lot of my processes. and I'm doing recruitment for new employees. I can look in their profile to see what is missing, what is needed, anything regarding a new employee from benefits to personal information, if they have to read a policy, if they have to fill out insurance information, I have all that information and I can look in their profile, which is very helpful to me because I can access everything that I need regarding that employee. And it also helps me um when I'm preparing for new hire orientation, I can have a checklist of everything that has been completed. Also, with onboarding, I really like how it helps me with organizational skills because I don't have to do everything manually and I have everything in order. I can access the checklist to make sure I have everything that the employee needs.
