How a One-Person HR Team Gets More Done with NEOED

My name is Heidi Gefroh and I'm the director of human resources at Southeast Technical College. And we use Insight, Perform, Onboard, Learn, and eForms, a we love them all. Yeah. All the products really make my job a lot easier cuz it helps streamline processes, automate processes cuz as a HR of one, there's a lot to do and they really all help uh in my day-to-day work. favorite thing about Insight is that is connected with Job Target just because we have some kind of difficult and interesting positions to fill sometimes. And so you can go in and find different places. You're looking for a medical lab technician instructor, you can go into those organizations and post jobs on those organizations so more people see it. And so that really has helped find the right people for the jobs that we have open. Perform um I love it because then we're able to do performance evaluations cuz we weren't very great at doing those every year for every employee. So we got them all set up and got 100% completion rate this last year. So that was exciting. They realized how easy, how quick, how nice it all was versus the paper form. eForms I really like them because you can keep everything organized. You can put all of your forms online for employees that or even managers that need different things, but then you can also take paper files and scan them and upload them into the system. And that makes it so much easier to find something in someone's file. We love having all the products cuz they all connect to each other. So I can create trainings in uh learn and then for my new hires that come in I can make it the training a task in the onboard system that they can complete on their own time.
