Staff evaluations depended on printed forms that had to be signed, submitted, reviewed, and physically filed. Much of that work fell to the HR director, making the process especially time-consuming and difficult to manage at scale.

Performance Reviews Moved Online
NEOED Perform gave Utah Tech an online process with competencies, required comments, reminders, completion tracking, and other configurable evaluation tools. When employees shifted to remote work, the university was able to keep its evaluation schedule on track and complete all annual staff evaluations for the 2019–2020 year.
